Openings - Sr HR Manager (Corporate)
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing HR strategy and tactics and providing HR services to company operations. She / He will be highly regarded with an excellent track record in his/her current environment. The successful candidate must be a strong, decisive, results oriented leader who can develop and manage relationships across the company and with a wide variety of partners based on trust, teamwork and knowledge. The following details specific responsibilities for this critical role:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Develop the architecture and support model to provide HR support for the organization’s operations in any other regions the company may decide to operate.
* Establishes key metrics for performance which align and are in support of business metrics. Holds team accountable to meet established metrics and standards of performance.
* Works in conjunction with other organizational and people development departments, such as Leadership Development, Staffing, Training, and Compensation in order to support and improve organizational effectiveness and drive business results.
* Manage and maintain corporate policies and employee handbook to ensure full compliance.
* Keep up to date with current legislative changes and in consultation with the CEO, ensure that managers are aware of changes in employment law and that revised HR policies and procedures are adhered to.
* Undertake specific HR/training projects as required. Advice on Employment Law, working arrangements, contractual matters, employee communication and consultation, ensuring the Company is consistent and fair, meeting contractual and legal requirements.
* Responsible for developing new or improved processes proactively for organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline required; Master’s in HR/OD or MBA preferred.
* Experience in team leadership, strategic thinking, project management, leadership development, and leading HR initiatives, including 10-12 years HR related experience and people management experience
* Demonstrated consulting skills and ability to provide coaching, feedback and guidance to leaders at all levels of the organization
* Experience facilitating large and small teams, including such areas as leader assimilation, problem resolution, developing strategy and objectives and OD related initiatives.
* Must have experience working in very fast paced, ever changing work environment.
* Ability to deal with ambiguity and strong decision making capability.
* Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
